The dataset contains over 450 events during 2001–2013. Records have target type, attack mode, incident location and are accompanied by a description. Data was extracted by machine learning from the World News Connection for 2001–2013 and the GDELT Project for 2014 and manually checked. Users will find the Swisscross data repository a reliable resource for research, advocacy and operational purposes.
