Phase I

From January 2001 to July 2002 a series of workshops and exchange visits were held on five thematic areas:

• Single Identity Work
• Civil Society
• Multiculturalism and Diversity
• Realism of the Past
• Flashpoint Management

Reports were published on each thematic stream and a concluding symposium provided participants with the opportunity to share their learning and experiences.
