Section B : Programmes


1. COURSES: The two Summer School courses will run concurrently. Applicants are requested to specify in order of preference their first (1) and second (2) choices using the popup lists below:
	Culture and Peacebuilding
	Peacemaking and Peacebuilding in Northern Ireland
Early application is advised due to the limited number of places per course. INCORE cannot guarantee you will get onto your preferred course however a waiting list of qualified applicants will be kept for each course.

Section C: Required Information

To assist in the selection process, we require that applicants outline their relevant experience in the field of conflict resolution. Forms that fail to provide this information will not be considered.

Section D: Summer School Fees

SUMMER SCHOOL RATES

Earlybird rate applications must be submitted by 11th March and full payment received before 29th March 2013.
Qualifying Earlybird discounts will be applied when payment is made.
The Final deadline for receipt of all payments is N/A
Fees include tuition and supporting materials.
Accommodation
University accommodation is provided for six nights from Sunday 16 June until Saturday morning, 22 June at cost of £141.00 (Pounds Sterling)

Qualifying Earlybird applications will have the reduced rate applied on payment!!

Section E: Methods of Payment

Please indicate below your preferred method of payment:

By cheque - all cheques must be made out in pounds sterling and made payable to ‘University of Ulster’.

By credit card – A payment form will be emailed to you with instructions on how to pay if your application is successful. Note that all credit card payments will be subject to verification.

By Bank Transfer - Further details will be emailed to you if your application is successful.

Note: Bank Transfers are subject to bank charges. Please ensure that you take account of this when making payment. Lengthy delays can occur from the date you issue payment until INCORE receives confirmation of receipt of payment by the University of Ulster central finance office.

For the purposes of visa applications, INCORE cannot issue letters of acceptance until receipt of payment has been confirmed by the University of Ulster central finance office.
Please ensure your total payment includes the full tuition fee and, if applicable, the accommodation fee.
You will be notified by email of the outcome of your application and an email confirming your place will be sent to you as soon as University of Ulster Central Finance Office has processed your payment.
Modules will only proceed subject to sufficient numbers of participants.
INCORE does not provide any scholarships for participants.

Please note that fluency in English is required for attending the INCORE International Summer School.
INCORE will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible. If your application is successful, details on how to pay by your chosen method of payment will be emailed to you.
The three Summer School courses will run at the same time. Therefore it is only possible to take one of the three courses.

The final deadline for Earlybird registrations is 11th March 2013.
Full payment of tuition and accommodation fees should reach us on acceptance of application. Appropriate deductions will be applied to those qualifying for the Earlybird rates.
Cancellations before 24 May 2013 will be subject to an administration fee of 25%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
