RECONCILIATION, ORGANISATIONAL LEARNING AND SOCIETAL CHANGE
The mission of this charitably supported programme
is:
“To find
practical and human ways that people can live, learn and work together
equitably with their differences in a society emerging from conflict.”
Support is given
to people and organizations –from
rural communities, public organizations, voluntary and comm
unity agencies
and elected representatives - to meet and to share dilemmas. The aim
is to open new doors to addressing the legacy of division & mistrust
that has characterised relationships and institutions in Northern Ireland.
Future Ways is
a charitably –supported program – funded
by the Understanding Conflict Trust since 1991. Funding has also come
from the Rockefeller Foundations, the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust
and the International Fund for Ireland.
