INCORE Announcement - 4 March 2014

President Clinton to Address Public at Guildhall

At the invitation of the University of Ulster, President Clinton will be visiting Derry~Londonderry on Wednesday 5th March , where he will address the general public at Guildhall Square at 12.30pm.

President Clinton is an esteemed Honorary Graduate of the University of Ulster and has a long history of engagement with the University, particularly its Magee campus, and with the city of Derry~Londonderry. He played a pivotal role in the peace process in Northern Ireland, and has a deep friendship with both John and Pat Hume, with whom the University works very closely.

The University is working with other partners in the city, particularly Derry City Council, to facilitate this event. We would like to extend an invitation to you to attend President Clinton's address at Guildhall Square. Entertainment, provided in part by the University Choir, will commence at midday and the President's address will follow at 12.30.
